1) Quote-Only Orders
All wholesale items are quote-only and cannot be purchased via online checkout. You request a quote, and we confirm stock, sizes, and shipping options before you pay.
2) MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
MOQ depends on product category and current stock. If you want mixed lots (mixed styles or mixed sizes), please mention it in your inquiry so we can recommend the best available combination.
3) What to Include in Your Inquiry
To receive a fast quote, please send:
- Destination country/region
- Quantity (pairs)
- Size range
- Category (Men/Women/Kids/Secondhand)
- Target price
- Preferred shipping method and timeline

4) Pricing, Validity & Stock Confirmation
Wholesale pricing may change based on quantity, size breakdown, and shipping costs. Quotes are usually valid for 3–7 days because stock updates quickly. We confirm the final product list before you approve the order.
5) Packing, Lead Time & Shipping
We pack items according to standard warehouse practice unless you request extra services (photo check, carton list, reinforced packing). Lead time depends on stock and order complexity.
