- clear photos/videos of the issue,
- a brief description (when/how it happened).
Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:
- replacement parts or replacement (if available),
- partial refund,
- full refund (when applicable).
Not Covered
After-sales support may not apply to:
- normal wear and tear,
- damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs,
- size/fit preference issues (not a quality defect),
- minor variations that do not affect normal wear (see disclaimer below).
