This wholesale returns policy applies to quote-only wholesale orders. Our wholesale returns rules are designed for bulk transactions, so we handle issues based on the confirmed order list and the evidence provided after delivery.

1) What Can Be Reported

We can support after-sales cases such as:

  • wrong items shipped (style/model mismatch)
  • wrong sizes shipped (vs confirmed size breakdown)
  • major quantity mismatch (vs confirmed carton/packing list)
  • obvious defects on arrival (proof required)

Wholesale orders are typically not eligible for returns due to preference changes, slow sales, or subjective fit expectations. Please confirm size ranges and order details before approval.

2) Time Limit for Claims

To help us resolve problems quickly, please report issues within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Late reports may be difficult to verify due to handling, storage, and time delays.

3) Evidence Required

For any wholesale claim, please provide:

  • carton photos (outer cartons + shipping labels)
  • clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • a written issue list (style/size/qty)
  • if possible, an unpacking video for carton disputes

Good evidence helps us confirm whether the issue is a packing mistake, factory issue, or shipping damage.

4) How We Resolve Issues

Depending on stock availability and the type of issue, we may offer:

  • replacement / reshipment for confirmed mistakes (if stock is available)
  • partial refund or credit for future orders (case by case)
  • assistance with carrier investigation for shipping damage (when applicable)

Solutions are confirmed after we verify the order record and evidence. We always aim for a fair and practical outcome for both sides.

5) Shipping Damage & Receiving Notes

If cartons arrive damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately. Carrier claims usually require timely evidence. Please keep all packaging materials until the case is resolved.
