  • clear photos/videos of the issue,
  • a brief description (when/how it happened).

Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

  • replacement parts or replacement (if available),
  • partial refund,
  • full refund (when applicable).

Not Covered
After-sales support may not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs,
  • size/fit preference issues (not a quality defect),
  • minor variations that do not affect normal wear (see disclaimer below).
