1) General

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We work with long-term partner factories and warehouses and provide stable supply plus basic quality checking. We support both wholesale and retail.

Do you offer quality assurance?

Yes. We do basic QC before shipping (appearance, sole bonding, sizing label, etc.). If there is a clear quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

How do I choose the right size?

The product page shows size range and suggestions. You can also check our Size Guide (text tip: please check the Size Guide) or send us your foot length / usual brand size for recommendation.

Will the color and details be exactly the same as the photos?

Minor differences (color tone or small details) may happen between batches. This is normal. Please refer to the actual product.

Are items in stock?

Many items are ready to ship. Stock changes quickly. For large orders or mixed lots, please contact us to confirm availability.

2) Wholesale Orders (B2B)

What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

MOQ depends on the style and stock. We offer full lots, mixed lots, and mixed sizes. Tell us your category and target price, and we’ll suggest the best option.

Can I mix styles and sizes?

Yes. Mixed style/size orders are great for fast testing and quick restock. We can discuss the best ratio for your market.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Sample cost and shipping are calculated based on the actual order. For bulk orders, we can discuss sample deduction rules (subject to confirmation).

How do you calculate wholesale pricing?

Pricing depends on style, quantity, packing method, shipping origin, and destination. Share your target market and budget, and we’ll quote accordingly.

Do you support private label / custom packaging?

For some items, yes. Options may include labeling, carton changes, and packing adjustments. Send your requirements (logo, tags, carton marks) for feasibility and cost.

What is the lead time for wholesale orders?

In-stock items ship faster. For custom or large-volume orders, lead time depends on production and packing schedule. Send your list and quantity for an accurate timeline.

What documents can you provide for wholesale?

Usually we can provide a commercial invoice and packing list. If your destination requires specific info, please tell us before shipping.

3) Retail Orders (B2C)

When will my retail order ship?

We process orders as soon as they are confirmed. If an item needs extra time, we will notify you. Please follow your order status for updates.

Do you offer worldwide shipping? Do you support COD?

We ship to many regions worldwide. COD may be available in selected areas. Availability is shown at checkout.

How can I track my shipment?

After shipping, we provide a tracking number and tracking method. If tracking updates are delayed, please wait a bit or contact us for help.

Can I change my address or size after placing an order?

If the order has not shipped, we can usually help update it. If it has shipped, changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping depends on weight, volume, destination, and the shipping line. Retail shipping is calculated at checkout. For wholesale, send us your destination and quantity for an accurate quote.

What shipping methods do you use?

Options may include express, special lines, and sea/land freight (depending on destination and timing). We’ll recommend the best balance of cost and delivery time.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Import duties/taxes depend on your local customs policy. If any fees apply, they are usually collected by local authorities. We can support with basic shipping documents when needed.

5) Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Retail orders support the payment methods shown on the website. Wholesale orders support multiple settlement options (to be confirmed during communication). If payment fails, please send us a screenshot of the error.

I paid but didn’t receive confirmation—what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder and your account order page. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll verify it.

6) Returns & After-Sales

Can I return or exchange retail orders?

Please refer to our Retail Terms (text tip: please read the Retail Terms). For quality issues, contact us soon after delivery with photos/videos.

How do you handle wholesale after-sales?

Wholesale orders are handled based on bulk trading terms. If there is a clear quality or quantity issue, please contact us soon after receiving the shipment with proof, and we’ll work out a reasonable solution.

What if my package arrives damaged or with missing items?

Please keep the outer carton and shipping label, and contact us soon after delivery with photos/videos. We will help you check and resolve it.
