COD Policy (Cash on Delivery)

COD Availability
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected regions only. Whether COD is offered depends on your delivery address and the carrier’s service coverage at checkout.

Order Confirmation
For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm the order details before shipment. Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Address & Phone Requirements
Please provide a complete delivery address and a valid phone number. Incomplete details may cause delivery failure.

Refusal / Failed Delivery
If a COD order is refused, unclaimed, or repeatedly fails delivery due to incorrect information, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the order, and/or
• restrict COD for future orders to the same customer/address.

Change Requests
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update delivery information.

Additional Fees
Some regions/carriers may charge COD handling fees. If applicable, fees will be shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.
