Shoe Size Guide (2026): How to Measure & Choose the Right Fit
Choosing the right size is the fastest way to get a comfortable fit and avoid returns. This shoe size guide shows a simple measuring method, a Nike-style horizontal size chart, and fit tips for different shoe types.
Important note: The CM size displayed on shoe boxes and labels can be different from your actual Foot Length (cm). Always measure your foot length and match it to the chart.

1) How to Measure Your Foot Length (2 Minutes)
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark (in cm).
Tip: Measure both feet. Use the longer measurement. For thick socks, add 0.3–0.5 cm.

- Sneakers: standard fit, choose your measured size; size up if you like thicker socks.
- Running shoes: a little extra toe room is better; consider sizing up if between sizes.
- Loafers: should feel secure; avoid extra-long sizing or heel slip.
- Slides: choose a comfortable length; avoid sizes that leave your heel hanging out.
